Everything that glitters...

 Today's glitter shoes are a far cry from Dorothy's and they definitely don't come from Kansas...but that doesn't mean that you can't click them. They come in every style and color imaginable, from a flats to sneakers, all the way to sky high platforms. Of course you have to be conscious of the place and occasion you plan on wearing them, but then again this should go for everything you wear. While showing up at the office sporting a black tailleur and multi colored glitter pumps on a Monday morning may not be the best idea, you can certainly wear them for happy hour...just take off you jacket, let your hair down and you'd be ready to be the most shimmering and glam thing that walked inside the bar...and with the confidence that only a pair of shoes can bring, you would be setting the tone for the rest of the week. 
If you have a special occasion to attend, obviously it would be easier to wear them. Just keep in mind that if you're going to a wedding, that you won't outshine the bride...they tend to be very sensitive.
